Hi all, I am experiencing a problem with Outlook 2003 running under Windows XP with JFW V. 13. The problem concerns JFW not speaking the name of the sender of the message along with the subject field when I press insert plus 8 or when I use the up and down arrows to move within the list of senders. However, JFW speaks the first name of the sender when I press insert plus 5, and JFW speaks the entire list of senders and subject fields when insert plus 2 is pressed. When I press enter on a message, JFW speaks the contents of the message and I can carry on. So the problem is specific to speaking the name of the senders. I have the Outlook window maximized, and the reading pane is off.
This problem happened within the last couple of days. Prior to that, JFW spoke the sender name and subject line when navigating with the up and down arrows. I'm quite certain that I did not make any changes to my system. To help resolve the problem, I inserted the JFW DVD and ran the repair option. Unfortunately, this did not help. I welcome any suggestions to solve this problem. Thanks.
