Hi all; I have XP and13.0. I am not able to read/listen to PDF's. When I open a pdf document either in e mail or, on the web,I can not get JAWS to read the document. I've tried searching the menu bar for properties and assistance. It seems like all my settings are okay. I tried to download Adobe and was told I have a more functional version already installed. The first time this happened, I heard Adobe say, "preparing" the document but nothing followed. Now, I don't even get this message.
