jaws is not such a big add in, I use it and already have safe mode support with a file I added (available off my website) with either a USB sound card or USB headphones, no big trouble now
wasn't before if you could find the command line code for manually loading a driver file for your sound card, and then commanding the sound card to start (took two commands that can/could be loaded into a bit file) my website is at: http://grabbag.alacorncomputer.com and with the file in, you can use either narrator or NVDA as a screen reader with full response, we used to use jaws for dos way back when for safe mode navigation. inthaneelf -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Marek Durila Sent: Tuesday, October 23, 2012 12:18 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [JAWS-Users] Safemode Hi, As you noticed, WindowEyes Beta was released yesterday. As Jaws is having OCR recognizing, WindowEyes is having now Safemode support. What is hard, select, which product is the best. Will Freedom plan something like this support in Safemode? I was supposing, that there is not loaded SoundCart, respective in XP not. There was possibility set something in registry, but for me newer Worked.
