HI Can anyone help a friend of mine. windows 7, jaws 13, assuming latest build office 2019 and IE Everytime she uses her application key in word and I e jaws freezes on the first option in the menu list, the only way she can get out of it is by quitting jaws and reloading, it happens everytime. Also can you remind me how to stop documents from opening in protected mode.
