Hi All, I have Outlook 2010 running with Jaws 14, on Windows 8. On my previous installation, on Windows 7, when I pressed insert and numpad three, JFW would read the number of items in the folder, and the number of unread messages, if any. I know at the time I tweaked something in outlook to make Jaws see this status info, but I can't seem to remember what that was now. At present, when I press insert and numpad three there is silence. Has anyone got the quick fix to re-enable the reading of status info?
