Delete all the JAWS shortcuts, redo them, first JAWS14.

Hi all After I have upgraded my JAWS from version 13 to 14, I have been observing this problem. When I unload JAWS 14 with Insert+F4, then use the keystrokes of Ctrl+Alt+J to turn back JAWS, time after time, JAWS 13 is turned on instead. The only way to get JAWS 14 is to select the JAWS 14 icon on the Desktop. The shortcut keys to turn on JAWS 13 are Ctrl+Alt+0 and for 14 Ctrl+Alt+J. I have checked them over and over again to make sure there are no conflicts. It's nothing major but something I thought I will ask if anyone knows what's wrong. Thank you for any explanation.
