I'm really confused. This is the second time this has happened to me since I got my new computer last December. I keep up to date on paying for jaws and Magic upgrades although I don't always choose to update the programs. Example: I've received CD's for upgrading Jaws and magic in the past few days but have decided not to do so at present. This morning, both Jaws and Magic informed me that I was using temporary versions of the programs and had to re-authorize them or they would run out within a short time. Luckily, each provided the authorization number and I could easily re-authorize them without difficulty. If I'd had a problem, I'd have had to wait until tomorrow when FS is open. I'm wondering if this happens to other people and if anyone can explain why it happens. It's really inconvenient, particularly for someone like me whose technical capabilities are so limited. Is it some kind of FS policy or just a gliche?
