Hello list I suffer from the same problem whenever I dare to change any hardware on my win7 PC or laptop. For examble, I connected a second hard drive and immediately jaws was in demo mode. I also added a second sound card and I was in jaws demo mode. It never happens with Windows XP. Regards Fanus

I was also having some touch pad and mouse trouble at the time. I am very happy to have it gone. I will ask my councelor today if they ever fix it and what was the final outcome if they did.
