Susie, I upgraded to Jaws 14 and uninstalled Jaws 13. I did it because I wasn't having any issues with the new Jaws version. I always test out the new software before deleting an older and reliable version. So far, I have had no trouble at all with this new Jaws and I find it quite stable in all respects. However, every system is unique as I'm sure you know. Give it a try, Susie but set it up so that you can switch back to 13 if you start having problems. Both of these programs are quite large and that's why I eventually deleted 13. If you don't have a space problem, I suggest you leave both of them in your system for the time being. Good luck Susie.
