there are some free converters out there that work well I use one here a few
times a month, the best so far is format factory http://www.pcfreetime.com/download.html select the file, hit the apps key, select format factory, make sure the items in the dialog are OK, then hit ok. second step is to go into the file menu and hit/enter on start converting and the end product winds up where you said to put it in the first window of FF or this one: " A great, easy to use, and completely accessible tool is Switch Sound File Convertor.
