I read on this list that to solve this issue, one should update outlook 2010 via the check for updates in the file menu. I did so and installed all the available updates, yet the Current Version is :14.0.4734.1000. I'm made to understand that after the updates, the Expected version should be :14.0.6117.5001 , but the version remained unchanged, and the issue persists. Still trying though, but don't really know what to do! Godwin
