Hello give the following a try; 1, while in outlook2010, Alt+f=files, T=options, T=trust center. Now tab, Enter on trust center settings, Up arrow until you hear; Email security. Now tab and check the box which reads, Read all standard mail in plain text Now tab okay press enter.
