It is for access technology such as JAWS to be able to interact with JAVA
applications.

Steve,
If you have java installed, press windows u. then tab to where it says use a
computer without a display. Press enter. You should see a checkbox that says,
"enable access bridge". Check it and press ok. After all that is done, restart
your computer and it should be setup. Make sure you have a current version of
java before attempting this.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAVA Access Bridge

Dear all,

I need to install the JAVA Access bridge on my Microsoft Windows 7 64 bit
system, is anyone able to help please?
I have downloaded and extracted the package from the web site with no problems,
it is just confusing as to which files you need to copy where.
There is no installer, you just have to copy files from the extracted package
to the c:\Program files\JAVA\JRE71 folder.

Any help much appreciated.

Steve.
