Try this receipt.
Press alt+f and select Setting's.
Arrow down to the Advanced tab, and tab to Export, and press enter.
Select the option "Export to a file (.pst) and follow the onscreen
description.
If you select an account in Outlook, the whole account will be exported in
one step.
If you select the folder manually, you must do it in several steps.

Hi all
I need to uninstall and reinstall outlook 2010 on my computer.
But I cannot seem to find the place in outlook 2010 where I can export all
my accounts to pst files. Can someone help with the correct instructions to
get to the export function please?
