As far as I can determine, the keep me signed in only lists your user name, not your password. Each page you go to to order something, Amazon will ask for your email address and password as it's been my experience. I have had no trouble whatsoever with this check box or with ordering online with Amazon and I am using same as you are...win 7, jaws 13.
