It uses a single DAT file to store it's data. Obviously from what Mike has said that file or the program has a maximum size limit. My suggestion from last night was to simply use a second or third ETC instants of the program to extend it's usefulness for anybody who requires more storage than a single version can provide. David, Are you saying, this program works independently of each entry? So, you said you had 80 password info, are these all separate little files for that particular info? Pass keeper does not require an install so what is to stop you from using multiple versions of the program? Set it up in a couple of locations with their own shortcut keys and the process can continue so long as you have hard drive space. I have backed up all this info on my sea gate, but like who can remember it all? so this program will allow for you to get the necessary info when needed? I wouldn't need to modify or edit since I have already entered the info into the designated fields, but would need to verify what info I needed to get into a site, this program does this? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike B." <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, January 05, 2013 5:07 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Passkeeper Tip Hi Marie, I would say around 3 years & I ran out of space around 130 entries. Keep in mind each field, Account Name, User Name, Password, & Notes will only allow a certain amount of characters. I can't tell you exactly what the capacities are but, you will find out soon enough when you put in too many! LOL LOL I have data in every 1 of the Notes fields so, if the program goes by capacity then, if a person didn't put the amount of data into each Notes field that I have entered, you would probably be able to get more entries / Account Names..... Hope this helps. Take care.
