How about for Word? Control plus semi colon doesn't insert the date in
Word.

Try ctrl+ semicolon in the cell you want the date to be Patti

I know that, in Excel, there is a keyboard command for inputting the
date in a cell. Is there a similar function in MS Word 2007?
