Thanks, that's a little better than my shortcut to the Sound applet, then ahving to pick between my headset and sound card, then properties, then volume tab ;D. . I thought maybe there was a script to set something like CTRL Shift up and down arrows. I tried to send the volume control to the desktop as a shortcut but that's not possible. Thanks.
