Did you run the installation without narrator? If not, do so. (It is a
self-voicing install, albeit with periods of speech silence.))

Hello Listers,
Yesterday I tried to install jaws 13 on a windows 7 64 bit laptop.
It installed fine. How ever when the instalation would finish. It
would tell me that it was successful but that some files that jaws
needed in order to work were not installed. Mind you I used narrator
to install it. It would not tell me what files were not installed.
It said that my internet connection had timed out or that I needed to
run the setup package again. The setup package I got directly from
freedom scientific. I tried it several times with no success. The
funny thing is that when I lonched openbook eloquence worked fine. It
did not work with jaws at all. That is the main issue no eloquence
with jaws. Can some one please help?
