Hi Mick, If you have copied the hyperlink then open your browser, when it loads use Alt+D to move to the address bar and use CTRL+V to paste the copied link. Press enter to go to the site. Hopefully, the automatic FixIt will resolve the problem but let me know if you need the manual steps. According to Microsoft the versions of Outlook affected are from the 2002 standard version to the 2013 version.

Registry entries affecting HTML file types with Google Chrome were not being changed in the registry. Microsoft has a FixIt utility for this problem. Use the "fix this problem" link to start the process. There are also steps listed that you can follow if you would prefer doing the fix. It might be a good idea to try using the automatic fix first. There are two methods listed for when you want to do the fixing. When on the web site, you need to use the link for "method 1" or "method 2" to expand the instructions. The first method doesn't involve working in the registry so you might want to try it first. The link is shown below. You might need to copy the link and paste it in the address bar of your browser if it doesn't work in Outlook.
