by default this checked
if you uncheck it will not do a say all when the page is loaded

Is there a way to keep Jaws from automatically begin speaking when a web
page loads? I realize that the control key can be pressed to stop Jaws from
speaking, but this client doesn’t want Jaws to begin speaking at all.
