Hi Mike: This was going on everytime I pasted text, tried saving a file no matter if I am in outlook or word. This is the message I kept getting and if I would've listened more closely to the entire message, the answer for me was at the end. Microsoft Word You are attempting to save a file type (Word 2007 and later Documents and Templates) that has been blocked by your File Block settings in the Trust Center. Hide Help << Open in Help Window This error occurs when you open a Microsoft Office file type blocked by File Block settings in the Trust Center. To enable this file type, do the following: 1. Click the File tab. 2. Under Help, click Options. 3. Click Trust Center, and then click Trust Center Settings. 4. In the Trust Center, click File Block Settings.
