Hi Mike:
This was going on everytime I pasted text, tried saving a file no matter if
I am in outlook or word.
This is the message I kept getting and if I would've listened more closely
to the entire message, the answer for me was at the end.
Microsoft Word
You are attempting to save a file type (Word 2007 and later Documents and
Templates) that has been blocked by your File Block settings in the Trust
Center.
Hide Help << Open in Help Window
This error occurs when you open a Microsoft Office file type blocked by File
Block settings in the Trust Center. To enable this file
type, do the following:
1.  Click the File tab.
2.  Under Help, click Options.
3.  Click Trust Center, and then click Trust Center Settings.
4.  In the Trust Center, click File Block Settings.
To save documents with this file type, disable the registry policy setting.
