Thanks but you obviously misread my message. I said that no matter what selection I make for number processing, on my Windows XP box running JAWS 13, and Eloquence, JAWS will only read numbers with five digits or more, in single number mode. If I set JAWS to single digits, it reads 12345 as 1 2 3 4 5. If I set it to controled by synth, it reads it as 1 2 3 4 5. If I set it to pairs, it reads it as 1 2 3 4 5. If I set it to Full Numbers, it reads it as 1 2 3 4 5.

I want it to read it as twelve thousand three hundred forty five.

Since this is not the behavior I see on my Windows 7 box, running the same version of JAWS, I do not see this as a feature.
