As far as I'm aware, one cannot change the pitch of any of the human sounding 
voices via jaws, only that of the synthesized voices.

You can however, via the verbosity settings, set it to say "Cap," on 
capitalised letters.

This has been talked about numerous times and I unfortunately do not
remember if there was an outcome.
I think we are stuck, which is unfortunate because one of the voices works
real well with my deaf ear!
If there is an answer, I am positive someone will reer their intelegent
head.
