I have no clue. I am not a expert nor know the guts of this computer. I was going on what FS-Tech, Dennis suggested that Java 64 type needed or should be on the machine. As I removed being heard Java has security problems. As for virus etc. Running Pro in AVG, Super Anti Spyware and Malware.. All I know and FS Tech is looking at dump files that they extracted from my machine 20 minutes ago. Wish I was a brain in this and a few years younger to grasp , but.. Geno
