Change to the outbox and check to see if there is an email stuck in there. If so take computer off line or pull the lan cable from back of your PC then delete that email from your out box. You may have to shut down outlook and turnit back on with the lan cable out or set outlook to work offline. This way you can delete the email that likely has to large of a file in your out box. Once done close outlook and plug in your lan cable then open it up again.
