Change to the outbox and check to see if there is an email stuck in there. If
so take computer off line or pull the lan cable from back of your PC then
delete that email from your out box. You may have to shut down outlook and
turnit back on with the lan cable out or set outlook to work offline. This way
you can delete the email that likely has to large of a file in your out box.
Once done close outlook and plug in your lan cable then open it up again.

Just a guess based on behavour.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Unable To Send Emails

hi Listers

I'm running Windows 7 and using Outlook 2010.

Up until yesterday I had no trouble sending emails. However, for some reason
today they will not leave the Outbox.

I have done an F9 and Control M a few times, closed Outlook and reopened it
a couple of times with no success. I have done a reset on the computer and
still no change. I have also looked in tools to see if I can find anything
with no luck. I am receiving emails with no problem though.

I'm also using my husband's computer to send this email.

Any ideas would be greatly received.

Jenny Dawson
