Hi Jamie, Is it saying to in the to field and cc in the cc field? If you're just wanting to know where you're at, try turning the NUM lock off and pressing insert 8 (also known as 0+8). Also, did you press shift tab to go above the to field until you find the to button? Press enter on the To button and tab until you hear the bcc field. Hope that helps. Stephanie
