good afternoon, this sounds like they are using Ajax a server side web based
languages that is not supported well under JFW or WE.
have you tryed going in and oout of forms mode on the language required?

dear all I am using jaws14.10317 my problem is I unable to choose
language list like from and to. I am pressing enter key to open
language list on from and to but it is not opening and not showing
list of languages to select. Same submenue I cann open whith the help
of NVDA. so is there any different keystroke? Please suggest me to
correct this problem.
