Hi If while you are in Outlook 2010, pressing JAWSKey+q says that you are using the Outlook 2007 scripts, I would first do the following. Go to your JAWS user settings folder by going to the start menu, then to All Programs, then to JAWS14, then to Explore JAWS and press enter on Explore my settings. In this folder, look for any files that begin with Outlook. If you find any that begin with Outlook and that end with .jsb, delete or rename them. Then in the JAWS User Settings folder, look for a file named Confignames. If found, press enter to open it in Notepad and look for the following lines, mapir:14=..., OutLlibr:14=... or outlook:14=... Notice the colon before 14 in each of those lines. If you find any of them, delete the line or place a semicolon at the beginning of the line to make it a comment. If that doesn't help, I guess it's a reinstall of JAWS or contacting FS support.

The problem is that the outlook 2007 scripts are being loaded instead of the outlook 2010 scripts. As you can imagine, this creates nasty problems with reading and navigating outlook. Any suggestions welcome short of reinstalling JAWS from scratch. Thanks.
