Mike,

As I understood it, there are two steps to this process: Two run commands. After step one, the first run command, you press enter to close the dialogue. then start > run again and do step 2, and close the dialogue. (This is normally how such two-step run instructions work.

Hi Jim,

After putting the lines of text into the Run Dialog, are you supposed to press enter or close the Run dialog without pressing enter? Just curious because I know that there are lesser experienced Outlook users on this list that will need the precise steps to do this themselves. I don't run Outlook
so, I can't experiment with your steps myself. Thank you very much.
Take care.
Mike

Andy, I just did was FS said to do, and it is fixed I think.

Here's what they said to do.

Windows key and R.

2. now type exactly as I say here. Outlook.exe /cleanviews

3. Close the windows run box.

4. Reopen the windows key R again, and type this. Outlook.exe /resetnavpane.

If I didn't screw this up, it should work for you. If my attempt to relay
this
right failed, FS can straighten it out. Jim
