It's on topic, but the issue is if people don't know if a particular subject is on topic or not ask those of us who manage the list. I know it always seems easier to ask forgiveness then permission but with almost 650 subscribers on here this is getting a bit overwhelming.
Maybe we'll have to decide on a course of action in order to get the attention of people who do this kind of thing. I'm not picking on anybody specifically but to all of those who employ this practice. Now however the status updates link is no longer available and I have to wade through dozens of photos to see the text messages. Unfriending the folks who send photos is not an option at all. Sending photos to each other is one of the most important functions of facebook that many of my sighted friends use and I definitely dont want to lose them. Now my question. On the main facebook site, is there any way of changing your settings so that you will see only status updates? This can not be done on the mobile site.
