Hi Greg, I have been experiencing the exact same problem as you, using JFW 14 and Outlook 2007. I, too, have uninstalled/reinstalled Jaws, repaired Outlook with no resolution of the problem. I have not uninstalled and reinstalled Office yet, but may try that. Below are the particulars of my computer--feel free to share with FS.

I have had several tech support sessions with John Carson at Freedom Scientific and they cannot duplicate the problem on Freedom Scientific's computers. He has asked me to check with other Jaws users to see if they have experienced these problems and if so what is the configurations of their computers. If you have had this problem can you tell me how you solved it or if it is still ongoing can you email me the configurations of the computer having the problem and I will forward it to John at FS. tech support. I am using a Toshiba Satellite laptop model using windows 7 64 bit.
