if so, then remove 14, reinstall 13, then add 14 to the batch. then setup hotkeys for both j13 and j14, I use control shift and 3 and 4 myself, then you can use 14 as your normal reader, and change to 13 for outlook express. I would as well complain to fs and they might, say might! fix it for us, XP is low in favor so they may or may not.
