Hello Stephanie,

You can recall a message that hasn't already been read by the recipient. Go
into the Sent Items and open the message you want to try to recall. Use Alt
followed by H followed by A followed by T. The following dialog will
appear:

Recall This Message
Some recipients may have already read this message.
Message recall can delete or replace copies of this message in recipient
Inboxes, if they have not yet read this message.
Are you sure you want to:
Delete unread copies of this message
Delete unread copies and replace with a new message Tell me if recall succeeds
or fails for each recipient OK Cancel

Use the OK button. You will get a message letting you know whether or not the
recall was successful.

The dialog box gives two radio buttons, one for deleting the unread message and
one for deleting a message and replacing it with a new one. There is also a
checkbox in the dialog box that if checked will let you know if the recall
succeeded or failed for each recipient.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Recalling an e-mail in Outlook 2010

Hi all,
How do I recall an e-mail I've sent in Outlook 2010 using Jaws 14?
Thanks,
Stephanie
