Insert + F2 brings up a list of managers more than most mortal men will ever need. I'm thinking you might want either quick settings or the settings center. I am not certain of which but it's in there without a doubt. FYI please try to have a more descriptive subject line in the future because simply saying question might not be enough to spark the person's interest who might be able to assist you. I find that is the best way to go.
