I think that most of us use the Qube. Notice that the word is spelled with a Q and not a C. It is a little strange to get used to because it is command driven, almost like a DOS program, but there is a hot key that will bring up a menu. The neat thing about it is that even though it works with your screen reader, nothing shows on the screen, making sure that your Twitter activity is private. It is a free download.
