Before I come to my senses or get a life I am taking a shot at converting an XP Media Center system to a Windows 7 system mostly on my own. While XP was still running I inserted the Windows 7 DVD and waited for it to start. I followed the prompts and let it do it's thing rebooting a few times along the way. Once it quieted down and with my wife's confirmation it was ready I launched Narrator and was able to step through the process of the out of box experience ETC completing the initial setup. Then using NVDA but I guess Narrator would have still done it I managed to install JAWS 14. The point of all of this boys and girls is that it is possible to do it without help if you take your time and don't get in to a rush. I am trying to take notes during this process regarding the various settings I like to change when configuring such an animal but that really hasn't started yet. It's too nice a day outside, maybe tomorrow I will pick this back up. David Ferrin Always be yourself because the people that matter don't mind, and the ones that mind don't matter.
