You know, I haven't been reading this thread, but I hope this helps -- I know I'm assuming here. I'm using XP SP3, JAWS 14 and Outlook 2003. I wasn't able to copy from messages either, so here is what I did. I went to the edit menue, clicked on edit message, and then I was able to cut and copy text to the clipboard. A bicycle can't stand on its own because it is two-tired.
