hi, with jaws and outlook 2003, which is one of two email clients I am currently using to some degree (2003 is my main while wlm serves for some other accounts) I just shift tab into the folders list, and then arrow up or down to what I am looking for, when I open I am automatically in my main mail inbox so its shift tab, then down arrow down a couple boxes (I have a stock one named journal then the junk folder) then (*remember to*) hit enter, then hit tab into the folder (note 2, if you just tab into the box without hitting enter on the folder first, you will wind up still looking at the list of files for the inbox you left, its a folder oddity of outlook as compared to normal folder operations)
