Paid Webinar Recorded Archives

We now have the recorded archive for Word 2013 available, in addition to

include: Spell check, grammar check, working with and creating templates,
adding alternative attributes to images for describing them, and opening and
saving files, among others. You will definitely want to get this training
archive if you move to Word 2013. The price of our paid webinars and
archived recordings of our paid webinars is very inexpensive, ranging from
just $19 to $49.

The benefits of purchasing archived training include:

* Take the lessons any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
* Contact the instructor with any questions by e-mail or phone
* Optionally, you may also take the online exams for each Webinar
* Attend the same Webinar at no charge the next time it is held live!
(Free attendance is limited to the next scheduled time the same Webinar is
held.)

Tips from the Training Department

When you open documents or files from the Internet or from other potentially
unsafe locations they may open in Protected View. You will hear JAWS
announce this as part of the title of the document. Protected View is a
read-only mode where many of the editing functions have been disabled for
your security. This is to protect you from possible viruses or other
content. Unfortunately, you may not be able to read or edit those documents
until you turn off Protected View. It is very easy to do. In Office 2010 and
2013, just press the following combination of keystrokes:

* ALT+F to open the File tab
* I to activate the Info tab
* E to activate the Enable Editing button.

You can also accomplish the same thing by choosing Save As to save the
document to your local hard drive. Additionally, you can change Protected
View settings permanently in the Trust Center, although we recommend
speaking with your Information Technology manager or administrator prior to
making changes to your Protected View settings.
