Hi!  I am new to the list but have been a JAWS user since around 2005.
 I have been using a demo version right now until I can purchase the
software but I am wondering if this is causing me some problems.  I am
unable to play any video or audio  (recorded audio from online).  If
JAWS is running, FireFox will freeze up and I have to go to the Task
Manager to close it.  If I turn JAWS off my husband is able to make
the video work.   I am working on my Master's degree online and so
much of my course work involves watching different videos.  I have
contacted my professors and Tech support at my school but of course
not many of them are familiar with a screen reader's unique working.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
