Hi Mike,
The paths for my Winmail accounts are as follows:
m:\my documents\winmail\jobhunter\
M:\My Documents\WinMail\Main
m:\my documents\winmail\EssentialComputerCare\

The M: drive is a Truecrypte volume where all of my data files are stored. That way, if my computer is stolen, the perp will not have easy access to any of my personal data, including email.

John

Hi John,

I'm trying to get this program set-up but, having some problems. Would you please post the file paths to the Store folders for each identity? I think
this is where I'm running into problems. All help will be greatly
appreciated. Thank you very, very much.
Take care.

So I was right about this, well I'm sure it's not something that will
happen
too often.

Maybe you need to start taking better records of your personal inventory.

Hi David,

You're right. After replying to Rick a glimmer of memory came back to me
&
I checked for & found it.

WMIDs, WindowsMail program that Allows the Use of Switching Identities.
The program is called WMIDs. The information about this program can be
found at the links below.

I thought there was a third party program you found a few years ago that
did
this very thing. If it wasn't you then I wonder who it was.

Hi Rick,

After reading the Windows Mail guide by David Bailes I thought maybe
something could have possibly been improved to allow separate identities
to
be created but, I guess I thought wrong. Do you know of any 3rd party
programs that will do this? I guess I could write a script like the 1
below
to help me:

begin script

Mike, quit f***ing with your computer when it is working fine! It will
keep
you off Doctor Phil's couch.
end script

LOL LOL

Thank you very much for your reply & information.

Take care.
Mike

Hi Mike,
You can not create identities in Windows Mail, without a third-party
program.
I suspect you have added another e-mail account, so you will have to
create
message rules to sort the messages.
Also, you will have to remember to choose an account or set one as the
default when sending messages.

Hi All,

I'm running Widows7 & Windows Mail as my email client. I just added a 2nd
identity & can't figure out how to make the identities use different
folders. I'm getting emails from both identities in the same In-Box. How
do I make them have separate In-Boxes? All help will be greatly
appreciated
& graciously accepted. Thank you all very much.
Take care.
