Hello list,
I was wondering if others have experienced this issue? While in Firefox, Jaws will lose speech or crash all together when I press the control+j command to check the status of my downloads. This doesnt happen in IE and it doesnt matter if Im either in the process of downloading something or just reviewing the history of downloads. Also, it doesnt matter where Im downloading from. Be it bookshare, Bard, etc. Im using the latest JFW update on a Windows 64 bit machine running the latest Firefox enterprise version (17.0.6) since the regular Firefox is still having problems with flash and Jaws. And yes, I have also experienced this problem with the regular Firefox version. I cant recall whether this crashing/freezing happened before the latest Jaws update, but Im inclined to believe so. I dont have an earlier version of Jaws on this computer either where I can try it out. Anyone else come across this problem?
