express burn is going to require that the .avi file be converted to
dvd format and that's where dvd flick comes in.

If memory serves, at the start one can select the type that is being burned,
such as audio, mp3 dvd etc.
I'm still messing around with express burn and it's making me smoke a lot
due to the stress hahahahaha. j/k.
