I imagine I am the wrong David but I can answer part of your question any
way. Have her export her address book which will have a WAB extension and
using a flash drive or some other means of transporting it over to the other
system. Then have her hit enter on the file and the import process should
start on its own. You can port your WAB files over and windows 7 will
automatically import them to windows contacts. I'm a bit rusty on WLM so in
good conscience I best leave that part up to the other David.

David, I just spoke to my friend and she said she is using Windows Live Mail
on her Windows 7 machine. Is it possible to transfer her address book and
several emails from Outlook Express on her Windows XP machine to her Windows
Live Mail on her Windows 7 machine? If so, please let me know how so I can
help her.

Thanks,
Donnie

hello there;

well, I think the important question is, which email client will be used on
the windows 7 machine.
if it's windows mail, this can be quite easy. if it's microsoft outlook, or
windows live mail this is a different story.

One of my blind friends who uses JAWS has just gotten a Windows 7 machine.
She is wanting to know if it is possible to transfer her address book and
emails from her XP machine to her Windows 7 machine. If so, please tell me
how it is done so I can help her do it.

Thanks,
Donnie
