I imagine I am the wrong David but I can answer part of your question any way. Have her export her address book which will have a WAB extension and using a flash drive or some other means of transporting it over to the other system. Then have her hit enter on the file and the import process should start on its own. You can port your WAB files over and windows 7 will automatically import them to windows contacts. I'm a bit rusty on WLM so in good conscience I best leave that part up to the other David.
