Hi Mike and others, 

While reading the Spam folder, go down to "combobox more actions." 
Press "enter." 
Go down 3 to "empty spam." 
Press "enter." 
Go down 1 to "go button." 
Press "enter." 
It will ask you if you are sure that you want to delete all the spam. 
Press the "yes button," and you are done.
