When you press alt-n the info bar is supposed to come up. Then, you can
press the applications key to make your choice.

How can I make IE10 stop saying "notifications require response." When I
use alt N to do something I get a dialog stating to turn off add ons but
the dialog box goes away so fast I am then returned to the webpage.
