hi Arianna, make sure with your friend that your contact information is in her contact list. Which email program is your friend using? Here are a few things she can try if she is using Outlook 2010. First, she should add your contact information in her contacts list if she has not done that yet. Next, she can add your email address in her safe sender's list. If she goes into her junk options, she can go to the Safe Sender tab and use the Add button. She can then type in your email address and use the OK button. if your messages are not being returned as undeliverable and they are not in your Sent, drafts, outbox or Inbox folder then it sounds like your friend might want to check some of these things out with her system. You can check in your mail options, (ALt with F followed with Alt with T to go into options. Check in mail options. In mail options use unicode should be checked. In the advance tab check the box for automatically select encoding for outgoing messages. Preferred encoding in combo box should be Western European (iso). As I mentioned before, this same thing happened to a couple people I know and just by having the recipient add the sender's contact information in her contacts solved the problem. I hope you get it worked out!!! Take care. Brian Lee brianlleeĆ hotmail.com Sent from my iPhone
