Hi Maria & Tom, Thank you very much for your replies. I have always used cut / copy & paste but, on a whim I thought I would experiment with dragging & dropping to see how it works. I thought that maybe I was missing a step but, it sounds like I was wasting my time playing around with it. Well, I guess nothing ventured is nothing gained & I ventured, & gained 0!
