I did not say it was the whole problem, the fact is there could be quite a
number of reasons. I only stated it might be the problem.

I wouldn't say the browser is the whole problem, because I am still getting
sites telling me to upgrade to a higher browser. That is a web site issue,
because I do run IE 10 and they stated that for IE 8 and 9. So that proves
not the browser..
